Alhamdulillah. My 3rd week in HTF. Being a newbie houseman in surgical dept really challenging, plus the systems were really different compared to Moscow. But that was not a major problem, learning as time goes by.
As i told before, i will share a bit of my experience since my 3rd week there. Through out 3 weeks there, ive been exposed to a lots of major cases. One of it was the motor vehicle excident (MVA) with cerebral concussion plus the extradural haemorrhage.
My specialist always remind us, "If u can detect and do not make any delay in extradural haemorrahage, the patient soon after the craniotomy will go home healthy as nothing happened to them"..ya that was true..
Last Friday, i've been busy to complete all my pt review and my watch was already showed 9.15pm. And after that there was a new admission. A 17 years old boy alleged fall on stairs with cerebral concussion. Im telling myself to attend him the next 5 minutes after completing my review. Continuing my work and suddenly my instinct feels not good about that newly admitted boy. Stop my review and i went to his bed. The standard procedure is accessing his GCS. He seems like in a deep sleep, a usual sleep i guess and after all shouting his name to wake him up, he still not responsive. I pull the curtain and with the attendant accessing him again. Using the pain stimulant on his chest i really made him to wake up. He answered all my question except the location orientation which his answer was in a petrol station instead of in a hospital! and after that continue his sleep. A wierdo behaviour! I feel something. Straight away inform my MO.
My MO came and re-accessing his GCS again. But now he was not responding even the pain stimulus applied on his chest. I decided to pinch him on his leg. Straight away i pinched him. He woke up and answered all of our questions. We were surprised. My Mo decided to put his GCS less than 15 and wanted to do a CT scan.
Taken all the consent and the pt did a CT scan. The result was an extradural haemorrhage which involved the left frontal lobe and it was very related to his weird behaviour. The specialist has been informed and the craniotomy has been carried out. The operation took only 1 H and the pt condition was stable. Less than 48 Hours in ICU and after that transferred to my ward for further observation. The next day, was Sunday, 2 drainage tube from his scalp has been off and the pt was fully stable and can allow orally with a normal diet. Praised Great be to Allah for the chance had been given to that boy to live his life back.
Doing my review as usual in the evening at 7 pm and im approaching that boy and i asked "adik, adik sedar tak siapa yang cubit adik time adik sampai dulu kat sini?" He answered no, he did not realize. And i replied " sebenarnya abg yg cubit adik time adik sampai hari tu sbb abg ingat adik mcm tidur je, abg mintak maaf ye"
He smiled to me.
Day by day getting me stronger to challenge the real situation. The situation far from 6 years ago only i read in the books.. Allahu Yassir wa la tu'assir ya Kareem

I am so sorry for not updating my blog for quite a long time. After i have been graduated, myself still keep on busying about the interview thingy, all the forms, the sponsor and recently about the induction course for all young housemen.
Alhamdulillah, last saturday, 5 September 2009, i got my posting which were in my hometown, Hospital Tuanku fauziah, Kangar Perlis. Alhamdulillah, Allah has answered my pray. To those outside there, took a reason for getting the nearest hospital from their house just to take care of their parents is most likely common. Why dont u go to somewhere else to gain more experiences rather been posting the nearest hospital to your places. I strongly not agree with that reason. For me, anywhere is the same. The key is as long you are willing to learn anything is just enough to make you a good doctor, and then its a privilege for u if ure getting the nearest one. I hope, this could be one of my contribution to my parents since they were not in full healthy state condition to take care of them.
Finally, tomorrow i am going to start everything, my career. I promised to myself to share with you guys about my experiences and what i have learned there in order to educate and to expose evryone to the medical world.

Pada 26 Jun 2009, cita-cita dan harapan telah berbayar. Apa yang diimpikan menjadi kenyataan. Alhamdulillah, semuanya telah berakhir and i am officially a doctor!
Syukur ke hadrat Ilahi kerana tanpa kekuatan dlm menghadapi segala urusan, tak mungkin cita-cita ini akan tercapai. Dan yang paling besar nikmat sekali dan barangkali hadiah buatku apabila ayah dan mak berada di sisi ketika aku menerima skrol 'amanah' yang ditunggu selama 6 tahun. Berkat doa dan restu mak ayah hanya Allah mampu membalasnya. Guru-guruku semua tak kira di mana kalian semua berada, jasa kalian amat besar dan jika diberi dunia sekalipun tak mampu ku balas. Sahabat taulan di sini dan di luar sana, ku ucapkan terima kasih..
Segala ilmu dan pengalaman yang dikaut saban pagi dan malam akan ku gunakan sepenuhnya utk yang memerlukan di luar sana.

Hampir ke garisan penamat..
Salam
Senyap untk seketika. Bukan bermaksud menyepi. Bukan membawa diri. Cuma sebulan ini terasa sibuk. Sibuk utk menghabiskan kelas-kelas dan persediaan utk peperiksaan.
Besok 30hb May 2009, adalah hari terakhir kelas aku di Moscow Medical Academy. Perjuangan selama 6 tahun di sini, hampir aku selesaikan, setidak-tidaknya sebelum melangkah masuk ke dewan peperiksaan terakhir pada 5 Jun dan 11 Jun ini.
6 tahun bagaikan sekejap. Terkenang kembali, detik-detik permulaan menyatakan hasratku kpd org tuaku utk menyambung pelajaran di Russia, kerana satu-satunya tempat yang MARA offer selepas Trial SPM. Restu doa mak ayah yang tercinta merelakan aku pergi. Itulah kali pertama aku naik kapal terbang. 15 jam perjalanan dan Frankfurt, German merupakan tempat pertama aku singgah. Setibanya di Moscow, maka itulah perjuangan selama 6 tahun yg aku akan lalui.
Seingat aku, ayah selalu berpesan, jaga kesihatan, makan minum..yang tu yg penting sebelum pelajaran. Alhamdulillah, semuanya masih kekal di ingatan.
Maka hiruk pikuk kota Moscow aku redah, bermacam ragam manusia aku hadam, dan yang penting diri ini aku kenali sebaiknya..itulah yang aku perolehi di sini

Small and delicate yet born to be a disaster!
Salam.
Sepanjang April ni saya sedang mengikuti tropical disease rotation. Telah banyak penyakit yang dibincangkan. Berkenaan dengan vektornya, klinikal dan juga kepada rawatan. Namun drpd ke semua kelas yg dihadiri, hari ini merupakan kelas yang agak unik. Selama hampir 4 jam dibincangkan mengenai NYAMUK dan LALAT.
Saya tertarik dgn statistik baru yang dikeluarkan oleh WHO mengenai kadar penyakit tropical yang meningkat pada hari ini. Di tempat pertama adalah penyakit MALARIA dan sebagaimana kita tahu ianya berpunca drpd nyamuk Anopheles betina. Cuba kita bayangkan, nyamuk anopheles tersebut yang merupakan ciptaan Allah yang simple, biasa dan tak menarik langsung, bentuk dan figure yang tak ubah seperti nyamuk-nyamuk yang lain tetapi mampu mencetus malapetaka yang amat hebat.
Daripada seorang yang sihat akan jatuh sakit, seterusnya kpd kegagalan buah pinggang dan akhirnya kpd pendarahan otak!
Daripada yang kuat bekerja kepada seorang yang invalid dan terlantar bisu tak mampu berbuat apa-apa
Daripada mempunyai isteri dan anak-anak yang ramai sehinggalah hilang segala-galanya
Daripada berharta kepada miskin papa kedana..
Ya, inilah hakikat sebenar apabila seorang menghidapi penyakit seperti MALARIA di kawasan-kawasan pedalaman. Bukan sahaja pesakit akan merana malah ke semua badan institusi kerajaan akan mengalami kesan-kesannya.
Allah berfirman:
"Sesungguhnya Allah tiada segan membuat perumpamaan berupa nyamuk atau yang lebih rendah dari itu. (QS. 2:26)
Nah. Kenapa nyamuk? kenapa tidak lembu, gajah, harimau dan sebagainya? Hal ini menerangkan bahawa, nyamuk dinampakkan kpd kita merupakan suatu ciptaan yang biasa, mempunyai 4 sayap, 6 kaki, boleh terbang, bertukar menjadi vampire atau hisap darah, dan terbang semula. Maka itulah pada kaca mata kita.
Tetapi apakah kita tahu bagaimana nak membezakan jantan betina seekor nyamuk?
Adakah kita tahu dengan cara kedudukan seekor nyamuk ketika menghisap darah dpt membezakan jenis nyamuk tersebut? Malaria atau tidak?
Adakah kita tahu dgn cara keddudukan larva seekor nyamuk di dalam air dpt membezakan jenis nyamuk yang akan dihasilkan?
Cukuplah Allah menjadikan nyamuk sebagai dasar pembandingan kepada kita utk menyatakan yg Allah itu maha Hebat. Maha Besar. Tiada sia-sia segala ciptaan bagi segala yang diciptakanNya.
Seorang doktor yang berkunjung ke sebuah kawasan baru, berkebolehan mengenalpasti suatu penyakit dengan hanya melihat nyamuk yang baru ditamparnya. Lalu diambil semua jalan inisiatif sebagai langkah pencegahan drpd merebaknya wabak penyakit tersebut.
Bermula dari peringkat anak nyamuk iaitu larva. Utk pencegahan, bukan seringkas menggunakan racun rumpai. Habitat alam flora mesti dijaga. Lalu, digunakan anak-anak ikan kapi sebagai pemangsa kepada larva tersebut. Siapa terfikir, ikan kapi yang selalu dilihat berada di terusan-terusan kecil, longkang-longkang mampu menjadi jalan pencegahan yang effektif sekaligus menyelamatkan alam flora. Mesra alam.
Daripada penggunaan ikan kapi seterusnya kpd kejuruteraan bioteknologi. Saintis-saintis berjaya menghasilkan protein drpd bakteria bacilli yang boleh menyerap masuk ke dalam larva dan seterusnya menghancurkan satu persatu sel-sel mereka. Digunapakai utk semburan di tasik-tasik terbiar.
Semua itu drpd ilmu yang dimiliki manusia sekali gus menggerakkan segala kemampuan yang ada sebagai langkah pencegahan.
Bermula drpd seorang pesakit seterusnya menggerakkan seluruh komuniti utk bekerjasama berhempas pulas utk membanteras malapetaka ini.
Menggesa ke semua cerdik pandai ilmuan yang terkemuka tak terlepas di Russia utk belajar dan mengkaji sifat ciptaan makhluk kecil molek ini walaupun pada hakikatnya di Russia tiada langsung gangguan nyamuk!
Namun itulah kuasa yang ada pada sang nyamuk!
Seluruh dunia sibuk tentangnya.
Secara umumnya nyamuk merupakan medium yang sesuai utk agent-agent seperti plasmodum(kuman) utk tinggal dan utk membesar. Inilah kitaran hidup. Nyamuk ini akan terbang terus mencari darah utk telur-telurnya sebagai suatu proses utk pembiakan generasinya. Mencari darah sesiapa yang cuai dan lalai.
Lalai dari segi kebersihannya.
Kebersihan tempat tinggal
Kebersihan persekitaran.
Maka,menjadi tanggungjawab kita sebagai yang ber'aqal dan diletakkan Allah jauh lebih tinggi dari seekor nyamuk utk terus peka dan sensitif terhadap hal-hal diatas. Semoga kita tidak menjadi peluang kpd mana-mana vektor pembawa penyakit utk dihinggapi dan semoga makin kita merasakan kebesaranNya. Allahuakbar!

"..adapun orang-orang yang beriman, maka mereka yakin bahwa perumpamaan itu benar dari Tuhan mereka,tetapi mereka yang kafir mengatakan:"Apakah maksud Allah menjadikan ini untuk perumpamaan?". Dengan perumpamaan itu banyak orang yang disesatkan oleh Allah, dan dengan perumpamaan itu (pula) banyak orang yang diberinya petunjuk. Dan tidak ada yang disesatkan Allah kecuali orang-orang yang fasik," (QS. 2:26)

The joy and condolences

The Joy
:)) Today was the 2nd time on the row my futsal team, HEROES FC became the champion of the Sechenovian Futsal League. Nothing more to say. We just played beautiful as we used to, simple passing, quick dribbling and score. As the captain of the team, there is nothing else can describe my feeling except a very thankful and greatful to Almighty Allah to make an easier way for us to win this league. Alhamdulillah. Besides, i've been crowned as a top scorer (21 goals) for the whole seasons of the league. Double the champions. Perhaps it will be my last sourvenir before i finished my study here :))

And today also, one of my friend's dad passed away. Right now, he is on the flight going back to Kl. I hope he will safely landed and everything will be fine. Be strong Addi! (Al-Fatihah)

The facts
Salam. Today i would like to share with you guys some medical fact. Praised be to Allah for all of His creation. All of the creations has their own purpose. I am really sure when u read this, the 1st word u'll say is SUBHANALLAH!
FACT 1
I am pretty sure that we know well about artery and vein in human body. Artery is a vessel that pump blood from heart to all our tissues, give the oxygen. The vein is a vessel bring blood from the tissue to the heart. The vein doesn't contain a muscle layer to pump blood itself towards the heart, thus it must have something that can propel blood to heart and at the same time prevent the blood from the backflow. So, Allah create us a valve inside the vein and put the vein in between the artery. For 2 arteries located 1 vein in between it. So when artery propel blood to the tissues, at the same time they compress the vein to push blood in the vein towards the heart!a lots mechanism beside this. What i really interested is about the valve. Besides it prevent the backflow, the valve also function as a "pressure-separator".
Allah creates vein in nature of pooling the blood, not to push the blood. So when blood accumulates(pooling) in the vein, the pressure appear. More blood, more pressure. What we gonna feel when the pressure rose? The very super pain all over our body will be felt. Thus, Almighty Allah with all of His Brilliant create us a VALVE. How does it feels for a women when it comes to give a childbirth? Yes it is very painful. The pain comes from the contraction(pengecutan) of muscle of uterus(rahim) and the abdomen(perut). But do we all know, why Allah creates this mechanism? instead of pain and to create a pressure to give a childbirth, there is actually a hidden mechanism occur inside the baby. When contraction(pengecutan) occurs, the artery is compressed, and less oxygen bring to the baby.
But, this is an opportunity for the baby to create a surfactant. Surfactant is a substance in the lung(paru-paru) that functions to prevent the lung from collapse. When the lung collapse, the newborn can't breath normally. Thus, when the mother is in painful to give a childbirth, more surfactant will be produced and it is good for the baby. Subhanallah!

FACT 1
I am pretty sure that we know well about artery and vein in human body. Artery is a vessel that pump blood from heart to all our tissues, give the oxygen. The vein is a vessel bring blood from the tissue to the heart. The vein doesn't contain a muscle layer to pump blood itself towards the heart, thus it must have something that can propel blood to heart and at the same time prevent the blood from the backflow. So, Allah create us a valve inside the vein and put the vein in between the artery. For 2 arteries located 1 vein in between it. So when artery propel blood to the tissues, at the same time they compress the vein to push blood in the vein towards the heart!a lots mechanism beside this. What i really interested is about the valve. Besides it prevent the backflow, the valve also function as a "pressure-separator".
Allah creates vein in nature of pooling the blood, not to push the blood. So when blood accumulates(pooling) in the vein, the pressure appear. More blood, more pressure. What we gonna feel when the pressure rose? The very super pain all over our body will be felt. Thus, Almighty Allah with all of His Brilliant create us a VALVE. Fiqh in medicine (Part 1)
Salam. Tiba utk perkongsian pada hari ini. Fiqh dan perubatan. Sememangnya fiqh tak dapat dipisahkan dari segenap cabang-cabang ilmu yang ada. Sekiranya dipisahkan, tiada dalil, hentam keromo, maka segala yang diusahakan tidak akan lengkap. Tak dapat mencapai cara hidup islam itu sendiri. Fiqh ialah segala permasalahatan dan hal-hal kehidupan yang merangkumi dalil-dalil drpd Al-Quran dan hadith. Fiqh tidak terbatas dgn hanya sains, malah merangkumi setiap aspek kehidupan seperti auliyah(priority), daulah(kenegaraan), munakahat(perkahwinan), muamalah(perhubungan) dan lain-lain.
Alhamdulillah, hari ini Ahad 21 hb saya berkesempatan utk menghadiri majlis ilmu ustaz Muhamad bin Abdullah Al-Amin(www.ustazamin.com) di kedutaan besar Malaysia, Moscow. Segala puji-pujian dipanjatkan kerana sememangnya amat rindu diri ini utk menghadiri majlis2 sedimikian memandangkan bumi russia ini agak ketandusan dgn kehadiran orang-orang yang faqih dalam Islam. Maka peluang ini tak dilepaskan. Demi perkongsian dgn teman-teman maka akan diringkaskan kembali isi-isi yg penting utk rujukan bagi pengamal perubatan, para pesakit dan ahli keluarga pesakit.
Fiqh dalam perubatan bukanlah satu bidang yang hanya melibatkan pengamal perubatan sahaja(doktor, dll) malah ianya melingkupi para pesakit itu sendiri, masyarakat dan pemerintah. Konsep sakit itu pada awalnya hendaklah difahami. Sakit merupakan makhluk Allah yang pada dasarnya terdiri daripada 'etiology' atau penyebab. Contohnya sebab drpd kuman, antigen, dll. Maka apabila salah satu penyebab tersebut terkena kepada badan kita maka akan terjadi reaksi (reaction). Hasil daripada reaksi tersebut menyebabkan terhasilnya penyakit. Reaksi ini merupakan SUNNATULLAH. Sebagai cth, air. Air terdiri drpd 2 atom hidrogen dan 1 atom oksigen yang mana terhasil drpd satu tindak balas. Ianya terjadi dengan izin Allah. Maka begitu juga dengan sesuatu penyakit. Sesuatu penyakit adalah hasil drpd suatu tindak balas di antara penyebab dan sel-sel badan itu sendiri. Semuanya dengan izinNya. Tetapi, sunnatullah tidak akan bersendirian. Maka diadakan pula SYARIATULLAH. Yang mana akan membahaskan peranan-peranan manusia utk berhadapan dgn situasi menghidap penyakit. Maka inilah Fiqh.
'Nature' pesakit itu sendiri sememangnya terbahagi kepada dua. Ada yang sabar, dianggapnya semua ini adalah mehnah(ujian) utk meningkatkan iman atau diingati sakitnya sebagai suatu kafarah yg menyuci dosa-dosanya yang lampau. Dan satu golongan lagi pula menyalahkan takdir dan dianggapnya beban kehidupan. Ini semuanya berbalik kpd 'aqidah para pesakit itu sendiri. Jikalau kukuh 'aqidahnya, alhamdulillah, setiap detik sakitnya itu dianugerahkan pahala yg besar, tetapi jika sebaliknya, setiap saat yg perit itu dibebankan lg dgn dosa yang setimpal, na'udzubillah. Dibincangkan pula tentang usaha yang sama dilakukan kepada pesakit yang sama dan menghidap penyakit yang sama TETAPI hasil yang berbeza. Bagaimana? Di sini, HASIL yang dimaksudkan dengan KESEMBUHAN itu adalah ANUGERAH Allah. Kita tidak patut persoal. Yang dipersoalkan adalah usaha yang dilakukan. Yang terbaik adalah memulakan dengan satu usaha dan seterusnya memaksimumkan lagi usaha tersebut tanpa mempersoalkan HASIL yang bakal diperolehi. Itulah yang terbaik.
Konsep 'aqidah di dalam fiqh perubatan juga bertujuan mem'purified' atau menyucikan amalan-amalan perubatan daripada amalan syirik. Sebagai contoh penggunaan tangkal dll. Malah, Islam hanya membenarkan penggunaan sesuatu bahan berdasarkan ilmu yang diterokai sebagai contoh ubat-ubatan yang telah dikenalpasti hasil ujiannya yg boleh menyembuhkan seseorang pesakit tersebut. Ini jauh sekali berbeza dengan penggunaan tangkal, yang mana tiada uji kaji yang dijalankan utk mengetahui keberkesanannya, malah lebih teruk lagi apabila pesakit mempercayai bahawa tangkal yang menyembuhkannya dan bukannya Allah. Meletakkan perantaraan di atara Allah adalah perbuatan syirik. Diceritakan kisah Nabi Adam 'alahisalam yang menghidap sakit perut suatu ketika dahulu. Bermunajat dia kpd Allah supaya disembuhkan sakitnya itu. Maka Allah berfirman kpdnya utk mengambil beberapa pucuk daun lalu dijadikan ubat. Maka berbuatlah seperti apa yg diperintahkan oleh Allah. Dengan izinNya, penyakit nabi Adam hilang. Tetapi tidak beberapa lama, penyakit yang sama datang kembali, maka nabi Adam melakukan perkara yg sama. Diambilnya pucuk daun yg serupa dan dimakannya. Tetapi, sakitnya tidak juga sembuh. Maka, dia berdoa kpd Allah . Maka Allah menegur nabi Adam bahawa saat kali pertama rawatannya berhasil adalah disebabkan dia berharap kpd Allah lalu berusaha. Tetapi utk yang kali keduanya dia percaya yang pucuk kayu tadi yang menyembuhkan sakitnya itu. Maka sebab itu penyakitnya yang sama tidak jugak sembuh disebabkan bersandarkan kpd yang lain selain Allah.
Di sini terdapat konsep USAHA, PERCAYA dan TAWAKKAL. Kita digalakkan supaya BERUSAHA dengan sesungguh-sungguhnya, tetapi pada masa yang sama kita dilarang agar PERCAYA yang usaha (ubat-ubatan) tersebut yang menyembuhkan, tetapi sebaliknya Allah lah jua yang menyembuhkan. Memaksimumkan USAHA tanpa mempersoalkan HASIL dan beranggapan baik kpd Allah supaya disembuhkan sesuatu penyakit itu akan melahirkan TAWAKKAL. Inilah yang terbaik.

Forensic
Salam
Ok. Trying to make a different tonight by not sleeping at 12 oclock sharp, and a slightly spending my time just to share with u guys about what is actually a forensic medicine. In russian we called it Sudepnaya Medisina.
Frankly speaking, im not actually into it and and for sure i was like came into an end of mind of what its gonna be teached in this class. Ya. Just wait for the 1st class. For the first 3 classes it was a lectures. Naa, in russian completely. Trying to cope of all what has been said and absorbed as much as i can. Well, after been in the 3 lectures, what i can conclude is, this subject indirectly has taught me about RESPONSIBILITY. Im trying to enlarge the scope by responsible not only to an alive human being but also to the 'dead' human as known as dead body.
What i mean by responsibility is, every single evidents and the injury from the dead body has been found must be managed carefully and systemically handle.You see, for example, the wound itself must be explained into a detail such as what kind of wound is it? the angle of wound, is it an acute angle or a blunt angle? how the deep it was? is there any associated injury come with this wound?abrassion? and a lots more.
After that, u need to open up all the organ starting from the brain. Open up the skull and hold a brain and find any hemorrhage or swelling inside it. After that open up the thoracic part and abdomen, Search patiently every single organ. Try to find any evident that can contribute to his or her death.
Compiling all the result of examination from the starting one now u will come to the critical moment where u have to put your diagnosis of what he or she was died for?Was it due to abundantly loss of blood? respiratory depression?blood aspiration? or anything else?
This is the brief idea what is actually the forensics are dealing with. From the start till finish all the works must be carefully done. Perhaps, by doing this the prevention of a certain causes can be initiated.

Well guys, i hope we gain a little bit idea about mehnah, kafarah and qada' and qadar ya. This should be one of the encouragement for all of us for not to feel so down and to give up of whatever we do and suffer. Whether mehnah or kafarah, both of them is rahmah(good) from Allah SWT yang Maha Pemurah :)
What i gain from all of these things???

This should be one of the encouragement for all of us for not to feel so down and to give up of whatever we do and suffer. Whether mehnah or kafarah, both of them is rahmah(good) from Allah SWT yang Maha Pemurah :)

Kembara 1
Genap sebulan tak meng'update' blog. Maaf dipinta kepada rakan-rakan di luar sana. Mungkin masih tercari-cari masa dan kelapangan yang sesuai. Tetap, akan dikongsi. Jangan khuatir.
Berkelana ke pulau England selama 2 minggu amat bermakna sekali. Perjalanan kali ini lain drpd yg lain berbanding dgn sebelum-sebelumnya. Kalau dulu, dimulakan dgn pengembaraan ke Mesir. Menjejaki ke maqam nabi Danial, ke kubu kuat Salahuddin Al-Ayubi, ke maqam Luqman al-Hakim, x lupa juga ke maqam firaun atau dikenali dgn lebih tepat lg sebagai piramid, menjenguk pula rupa sebenar firaun laknatullah yg menentang nabi Allah Musa Alaihisalam di Muzium kaherah dan lain-lain lg. Selepas itu, winter seterusnya mula meneroka ke zaman Renaissance. Aku singgah di Rome, Milan, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam. Banyak aku belajar drpd semua ini. Di antaranya kehancuran umat zaman dahulu yg Allah hinakan sehingga digantikan dgn umat yg lebih baik. Itulah antara yg aku belajar.
Hajat di hati hendak ke Morocco, tapi tak kesampaian. Jalan mula beralih arah ke Sepanyol, German dan Portugal. Siapa yang x tahu pasal Al-Hambra. Salah satu Muslim Fortress yg termasyur zaman dahulu. Yg dimiliki oleh Muslim itu sendiri. Yang mana ukiran di segenap penjuru binaan terukir dgn kalimah "Allah maha besar, Tiada kekuatan yg agung melainkan Allah", diukir dlm bahasa Arab! Nah! memang patut dikenali sebagai Spanish 7 wonders! Kita bukan 'wonder' mengenai hebatnya ukiran-ukiran tersebut. Semua mampu buat. Tetapi kita 'wonder' tentang pemimpin Islam zaman dulu. Yang masih merasakan kerdil. Yang masih mengharapkan kekuatan Allah, walaupun mampu mengemudi bala tentera yang besar dan hebat.
Perjalanan kali ini, ke pulau inggeris amat unik. Jika dulu, perjalan amat terbatas. Terpaksa bergantung dgn bas, kereta api malah berjalan kaki. Tetapi kali ini, kami dipermudahkan segala-galanya. Sepanjang perjalanan kami menyewa kereta. Aku, Glid dan Paez bergilir-gilir drive. Mujur ada GPS. Syukur sgt2. Jika dulu, di Spain, aku terpaksa memandu tanpa GPS, sekadar manual menggunakan peta. Sesat tu jgn ckp lah. Nak sampai ke destinasi dgn tepat tu jgn harap lah, ditambah lagi dgn keadaan jalan yg agak 'pelik' dan kecil, mungkin lajak dlm 30 minit atau pun 1 jam. Tapi, dgn bantuan GPS mmg mudah dan jimat masa.
Apa yang menarik, memandu di sekitar England, Ireland dan Scotland,ini ialah keunikan dan kecantikan kawasan 'countryside'nya yg seolah-olah xpernah diusik. Ya mmg amat cantik. Bermula dgn perjalanan menuju ke Edinburgh. Kami tiba pada waktu malam. Aku amat tertarik dgn binaan rumah-rumah di Edin. Rekaannya seperti rumah lama. Gothic. Klasik. Amat cantik. Seolah-olah sedang berada pada zaman lampau. Tak banyak masa dihabiskan di sekitar Edin. Sempat juga singgah di Carlton hill, di mana merupakan tempat pentadbiran kerajaan Scotland.

Perjalanan diteruskan ke Lochness. Permandangan ketika dlm perjalanan amat memukau pandangan. Terasa aura segar apabila melihatkan bukit-bukit dan rumput yg menghijau. Ditambah pula dgn gabungan warna2 putih drpd salji di puncak gunung. Subhanallah!

Kira-kira 2 jam perjalanan, tiba kami di tasik Loch ness. Tasik yg sememangnya terkenal dgn legenda cerita raksasa Loch ness yg dikenali sebagai Nessie.

Airnya tenang, dan permandangan saujana mata memandang. Bagaikan tidak disentuh. Aku mula mem'bajet' yang Nissie bakal muncul, mungkin utk menjenguk atau sekadar memberi ucap selamat dtg kpd kami. Hehe. Khayalan2.

Dah snap beberapa gambar, perjalanan diteruskan lagi. Jalan yg kami lalui mmg sempit. Mungkin jln yang xselalu org guna dan di kawasan kampung barangkali. Sambil-sambil melihatkan panorama alam yang sememangnya cantik, aku pun terfikir yang Allah ni maha hebat, Dia lah yang mengaturkan segala-galanya yg aku lihat sekarang, tiada sebarang cacat cela.

Dijaganya rapi. Dan pada masa yang sama terlintas sepotong ayat Al-Quran di fikiran yg bermaksud

..Memang benar. Di laut dan di darat dijaganya persis dan sempurna..Cuba bayangkan, aku yg bermastautin di beribu-ribu kilometer di Moscow, dan kini aku berada di agak hujung ceruk dunia, dan sekarang menyaksikan sendiri bukti-bukti alam yang sempurna. Yang tiada cacat cela..Maha suci Allah dan segala puji-pujian bagiNya utk semua ini..duduk aku di seat depan, kereta meluncur laju, mmg kombinasi yg sempurna dan tepat..

..Setelah hampir 2 minggu travel, akhirnya tiba di bumi moscow..bumi yg menunggu perjuangan utk dihabiskan..bag pon baru di'unpack', masih serabut lagi bilik mcm tongkang pecah, in sya Allah akan dikongsi experiences travel kali ini..Berkelana bukan sahaja melihat ciptaan Ar-Rahman, malah perjalanan yg mengajak mengenali hakikat diri yg sebenar...Wasalam..

Belfast, Ireland
Salam,
After 1 and half day in Glasgow and met up w my old buddy in which i never seen him since after form 3 in SMKAA, i continue my journey to Belfast, Ireland. Now waiting for my flight to depart at 6.40 am. Again, i had to overnite in airport. Well, what can i say is, its a small matter since every journey that i had 4 years ago, i used and adapted well to overnite in aiport :D, perhaps its not a problem at all..
All thaggage has been check in, n just waiting to depart..

Only smarter can win..no matter OPPRESSION!
Salam..
Regarding to the article written by M. Ibrahim, a former New York Times Middle East Correspondent and Wall Street Journal Energy Editor (The War with Israel Is Over.....and they won)that also u can access through google i guess, i have been called to responds about it.
Well, the conclusion that i could make from this kind of article is, he the author is 'kindly' ask the Palestinians, Gazan or whoever being oppressed to surrender, to give everything up and put no hope for all the fights that have been thru for all ages in order free Palestine. Well, what a loser he is.
Then, one of my colleague and other facebooker has totally agreed for what has been suggested, in fact they add up some more statement "Only the smarter can win, no matter OPPRESSION". Alhamdulillah, both of them is not among of us, i am not trying to be a religious racist here, but that's the fact, they are non-muslim.
My brother and my sister. In logically, do we just willingly giving up and easily surrender to the oppression?do we? Its ok maybe for the sake of our own good future or at least for our children. No more death. How we could so assure that our future will be changed after this? In Israel, Palestinians that has been settle down there has been treated so unfair. They got approximately 7 percent of facilities compared to the Israeli. If u are non-jewish, u cant buy your own land, u have to seek ur job by urself, and a lots more. Compare to immigrant Jewish to Israel, they will get evrything! Starting from the land, house and the job.
Yeah, rite no more blood shed after we surrender, no more civilians casualties. Ya rite, after this what? Our 1st Holy land (Mecca) will be invaded or perhaps all the single Muslim country will be conquer? Then the first perception comes said "All the Muslims are coward! They can't even fight!" My brother and sister. In Al-Quran, Allah order us to respects each other no matter from where he/she is belongs(religion). But there is a limit. When it comes to the illegal incursion, invasion that unreasonable, a lots of people dies then u must to fight back. Fight with all your abilities. To show them that we are firm. Not easily can be bullied. Let them knows, we are united among us. But whenever they called for peace and ask for the protection, it is totally responsible for us to provide the best as we can. Convey to them about Islam. Treat them with the best hospitality as u can. It doesn't matter how many more our home land will remained after this, just give the best fight as u can. Because the price is too higher for giving up just like that!
When it comes to the power and money, no more places for the smart people!If u got both things even ure so dumbass u might easily get everything. U can easily buy your own country using ur own money. U can easily kill the people by power. Even u can put all the smartest and genius people into the prison, again using ur power. They even can do nothing. Limited space of using their own brainchild. The key is, u must keep your ears and eyes shut. Don't listen to the 2nd opinion. Just do it! Oppression is an Oppression. Nothing to do of being smarter or not... Yeah rite, we move to other scope. Being smarter in sense of being a liar. To manipulate people. 'Sweet' talking and at the same time being in front-back stabber. Sorry dude, this is totally not us. Our price is too high. We won't easily sell our pride for all those things. Because we believe in all the promises made by Him in the hereafter.
We are not talking about win-win situation. There is no such kind of thing nowadays. There is only one. Being a king or being a loser. Its up to u to which principals u are holding on..get back to the basic or still keep on busying selling ur dignity to the world..

Semalam adalah hari yang sangap walaupun ada aktiviti di sebelah petangnya. Di Botanicheski Sad ada Ice sculptue festival. Entah apa yang menariknya tgk-tgk ice ni pon aku xtau. Tapi dah ramai-ramai p, so aku pon join. Dah la sejuk. Minus 15 celcius. tapi xpa, mungkin ada best shot aku boleh amik kat sana.
Sesampainya di sana, kena beli tiket. Aiseyh ingatkan free. Harga selepas diskaun jadi 100 rub. Ranap lagi wallet aku. Layan saja. Xsampai 10 minit jalan, kaki dah rasa mcm nak beku seterusnya mcm nak gangrene, sebab sejuk yang teramat.

Sesampainya di sana, kena beli tiket. Aiseyh ingatkan free. Harga selepas diskaun jadi 100 rub. Ranap lagi wallet aku. Layan saja. Xsampai 10 minit jalan, kaki dah rasa mcm nak beku seterusnya mcm nak gangrene, sebab sejuk yang teramat.

Re-evaluation
The number is getting increase. From 300 civilians to 660 civilians. The number totally injured was outrages!. The land of Al-Quds is turn to be the Israels's Lab machinery of weapons. The Phosphorus, ammonium, carbon and even all other single reactive substance that has been prohibited to use in every single war in this world has been tested on our brothers and sisters. The scar was looked like an ordinary, minor injury. But inside, it is full of burning effects even the doctor doesn't even know what has happening. The last resort is to amputate the leg or anywhere part of body that exposed to this kind of substance!
Everybody was trapped. Trapped within the confusion. What is going on in Palestin. Whether it is a real of WAR or it is a WAR CRIME. For what puopuse it has been invaded? Who must be blamed for all this kind of catastrophes? Looking to the situation, Israel blames Hamas for launching the 'small' hand made rocket to the Israel's land. While Israel turned to be sure must be blamed because of the Gazan be a target without any reason. From the beginning of Palestin rulling power has been decided according to the democratically election, Israel and its allies never been satisfied to that kind of result. Why it can't be Fatah. To put Mahmod Abas in the 1st place. Why it must be Hamas. Ya, they put Hamas as the first top ranking in the top list of terrorist organization. Even though we knew that Hamas is not an entirely a military organization, but a political one. Of course, it has a military wing to protect the nation. But the military wing of Hamas has been accentuated by an Israel as terrorist organization which is always launched the rocket, mortar, and attacks the civilian's Israel. Besides, they said the Hamas used a human shield during war. Even Al-Qardawi has phrased that the issue of Plaestin is belong to all of us and nobody can be escaped! Not only send the medication there but we can try to send the armor, the rifles, the mortar and even the artillery to help the Hamas. This is the time the harshness take place. Lets bring the zionist to their condition that they used to be and must be!! Please do not care or ever feel sensitive to those who are still backing up the Israel and USA. They are coward! Especially to Egypt and Hosni Mubarak. We will later deal with it. From now on OIC must have an urgent meeting. Please when it said an urgent,it is not a week or just look and see to take an effective. It must take a minutes. Remember, the more time u take to react, the more it will be a bloodshed. Do it quickly. Dont give the damn care to UN resolution. If US can ignore and make a fool for every resolution has been made why can't we? All of us know the UN was not 'virgin' anymore. Let them suffer as much as the Gazan suffered but even more. I knew our number of muslim is more bigger then other population. But still the number isn't made any differences if all of us still scared of DYING and love for the world. We were too afraid to get die for nothing. Maybe our deeds isn't good enough to meet Allah? or we just want to live a very long and long life without thinking of dying? or it could be us who still not satisfied and be thankful for what he had now? Fear for death is the consequence of worldly love which leads to the abandonment of Allah's Deen and to the adoption of the lifestyle, concepts and cultures of the kuffaar. In its wake comes the Divine Punishment in the form of kuffaar persecution, atrocity and domination.
The very same Allah -Azza Wa Jal - Who had aided the Sahaabah in all their battles against the kuffaar, exists today. The very same Allah Ta'ala Who had bestowed resounding victory and success to the Sahaabah, making them the rulers and the masters of the world, exists today. But He withheld His aid from the Muslims of Afghanistan, Palestin. He is withholding His aid from Muslims in the various arenas of the world.They all blame America and shaitaan, but fail to see that we ourselves are to be blamed. The cause of our degenerate condition is our own corruption which has led to the domination of the kuffaar over us. We were still waiting for others to decide for what best and suits for us. The best part is we knew obviously that the 'others' that we referred to is totally corrupted but still we are needing for their answers. Why don't we just get united and come out with our own resolution. Perhaps, this is nationality. We were lazy to think about the Ummah. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) has informed the Ummah in no mistaken terms that when Muslims abandon the Deen, they will be overwhelmed by the kuffaar. Hence, he once told the Sahaabah that the Ummah will be at its weakest when Muslims are as numerous as the bubbles on the ocean. Numerically Muslims will be in a strong position, but they will be bereft of spiritual fibre and mettle.
Its still not too late to ask for Allah's aid. It still can be changed, my brothers and sisters. Just do some paradigm shift. Allah tell us in Al-Quran, that He will not change us until we start to change ourselves first. The history told us as well how it was in Ghuzwah Badar, the victory belong to muslim with only 313 mujahideen against kuffar which was almost has 3 times biggest amount. It is all up to us on how we define this currently situation. Whether it is a wake up call or keep on blaming others without searching our weakness..
Lets keep on praying to our Muajahideen in Palestin, Afghanistan, Iraq and everywhere so that Allah firms their feet and spirit to fight against kuffar!

Sesungguhnya, aku mungkin 24 jam terlewat nak ucap Salam Tahun Baru. Tiada azam yang menarik utk tahun ini. Cuma aku mahu menjadi manusia yang terbaik! Terbaik dari semua aspek. Ameen..

Nota: Masuk ja tahun 2009 ni, aku hanya menghitung hari. Tak sampai 6 bulan lagi aku akan berpindah ke fasa hidup yang baru. In sya Allah, sebagai seorang doktor. Berfikir, gerak kerja, emosi dan tingkah laku mesti kena ubah. Tak boleh main-main. Kena ubah semuanya. Orang putih ckp tu, kena ada 'paradigm shift'. Barulah boleh maju!
